When you join the waitlist or apply for a seat, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), Instagram handle (optional), party size, dietary restrictions or allergies, and how you heard about Chef Mel.

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Reservation payments are handled directly by Stripe. We never store your full card or banking details.

How we use your information

We use your details to review applications, curate each table, send invitations, confirmations, and private venue details, accommodate dietary needs, and respond to your inquiries. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Venue & guest discretion

The venue location is disclosed only to confirmed ticket holders prior to the event. We ask all guests to respect the privacy of fellow attendees.

Data retention & your choices

We retain waitlist details so we may consider you for future editions, until you ask to be removed. You may update your details, unsubscribe, or request deletion at any time.
