Overview & acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in The Table Series by Chef Mel, including waitlist applications, invitations, ticket purchases, and attendance at all events. By requesting a seat or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

Waitlist & admission

Joining the waitlist expresses interest in an event and does not guarantee admission, an invitation, or a reserved seat.

Seating is strictly limited. Chef Mel personally reviews applications and curates each table to ensure a balanced, intimate experience.

Invitations & ticket purchases

Invitations are issued directly to selected applicants and are valid for a single purchase of the approved seat allocation (1 or 2 seats).

Each invitation contains a secure link with an expiration window (typically 48 hours). If a ticket is not purchased within this period, the invitation expires and the reserved seats are released back to the waitlist.

A reservation is confirmed only upon successful payment processed through our checkout.

Private venue & discretion

To maintain privacy and intimacy, the exact venue address is never published publicly and will be shared privately with confirmed guests prior to the event.

Guests agree not to share, publish, or broadcast the venue address or entry details.

Dietary restrictions & allergies

The Table Series features a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu prepared specifically for each evening.

Dietary restrictions and severe allergies must be disclosed at the time of your application or confirmed well in advance. While we make every effort to accommodate disclosed needs, certain complex restrictions may not be possible given the curated nature of the menu.

Punctuality, attire & table etiquette

Attire: Cocktail attire is requested for all editions unless otherwise stated.

Punctuality: Because courses are served collectively, please arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss courses that have already been served.

Etiquette: The Table Series is designed around meaningful conversation and shared connection. We ask all guests to treat fellow attendees and the hospitality team with warmth, discretion, and respect.

Cancellations, refunds & transfers

All ticket purchases are subject to our Ticket Refund Policy: full refunds are available up to 7 calendar days before the event, and tickets may be transferred to another guest up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us. No-shows are non-refundable.

Age requirements

All guests must be at least 21 years of age to attend, and valid identification may be requested upon arrival.
